As the founder and owner of One Stop Plumbing, Heating, and Air, David Kresslein leads our team with over fifteen years of comprehensive experience in the trades. Holding a mechanical contractor license in South Carolina, David's extensive expertise and unwavering commitment to quality drive our company's mission. His vision is to deliver unparalleled customer care and expert solutions, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of professional service for all their plumbing and HVAC needs.
Kristina Kresslein - Office Manager
Kristina Kresslein, Office Manager at One Stop Plumbing, Heating, and Air, combines a wealth of educational expertise with a passion for exceptional customer service. Holding two master's degrees and with a distinguished career as a special education teacher, Kristina saw the transformative vision of One Stop and made the dedicated choice to step away from the classroom. She now applies her formidable organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to oversee clerical and marketing efforts, ensuring that every customer interaction reinforces One Stop's mission to prioritize concerns, deliver effective solutions, and uphold the highest standards of family-owned service.
